This line has very versatile exterior finish capabilities.


Colored acrylic or porcelain or even select non-stick exterior finishes. 
Interior coatings can be conventional non-stick interior or ceramic finishes possible with up to three (3) coats. 


The unit has two (2) presses feeding the downstream processes. 


Estimated capacity with two lines (2) presses running is 750 shells each per hour or 1,500 shells total per hour. 
In an eight (8) hour shift with 7.5 available run hours, that would be 11,250 shells. ( 750 shells X 7.5 hours X 2 lines = 11,250 shells per each 8 hour
shift) 
Annual capacity of 240 days one shift would be 2,700,000 shells.
