This line is exclusively for porcelain enamel exterior finished cookware.
Multi - colors possible.
 
Various non-stick interior finishes possible with up to three (3) coats.
 
The unit has five (5) presses available with four (4) presses typically in operation feeding the downstream processes.
 
Estimated capacity with four (4) presses \ lines running is 500 shells /hour each line or 2,000 shells per hour total. In an eight (8) hour shift with 7.5available run hours, that would be 15,000 shells. ( 500 shells X 7.5 hours X 4 lines = 15,000 shells per each 8 hour shift)
Annual capacity of 240 days with one shift would be 3,600,000 shells.
